Meetings · Storage · Scheduling · Verification
Smile Cast runs real video meetings with chat, screen sharing, waiting rooms and recordings. It also keeps your files in SmileDrive, takes bookings through public appointment pages, and verifies identities and businesses over a documented API — all on one account.
No account needed to join as a guest. If the host has asked everyone to sign in, you will be asked to sign in and then go straight back to the meeting.
One platform
A meeting room, a file store, a booking page and a verification API. They share one account, one workspace and one plan — nothing here is a separate product to buy, and nothing here is a mock.
Peer-to-peer WebRTC with chat, screen sharing, a waiting room, live captions and a recording that lands on your own machine.
A shared drive inside the workspace: folders, versions, stars and trash, sitting next to the meeting the files were used in.
Publish a booking page and every confirmed slot creates the meeting for you — no back-and-forth, no double booking.
Verify identities and businesses from your own software, brokered to a licensed provider and metered against your plan.

All of it is in the room already. These are panels you can open in a call today, not a roadmap — the numbers behind them are in the section below.
Peer-to-peer WebRTC, for the lowest latency a small room can have.
Present a screen or a window without leaving the call.
Stored with the meeting, so a reload never loses the conversation.
Raise a hand, ask a question, settle it with a vote.
One document everyone in the room edits, saved with the meeting.
Share a file and present it in the same pane people are talking in.
Who joined, when they left and for how long — downloadable afterwards.
Record in the browser to your own machine; uploading the file is optional.
A permanent link at /room/your-name that never changes.
Summaries, action items and a follow-up draft — once an AI provider is configured.
Marketing pages usually stop at what a product could do. Here is what this one does, including the parts that are not switched on.
Media server (SFU) — up to 50 people in one room. When a number changes, it changes here first — the same source the server enforces.

Prices, limits and room sizes above are read live from the plans table and the media layer, which is the same source the server enforces at runtime — so what you see is exactly what the server will allow. Media server (SFU) — up to 50 people in one room.
Built for everyone
Nothing is switched on per industry. What changes is who is let in, and what is kept afterwards.
Standups, client calls and project reviews. Outsiders wait in a lobby until you admit them; the people you work with get a permanent room link.
Lectures, seminars and office hours — hands up, live captions, and a recording that lands on your own machine rather than someone else's cloud.
One-to-one calls and case reviews. Require a signed-in account to join, lock the room once everyone is in, and keep the attendance record.
Live shows, AMAs and community calls. Embed the room in your own page, or hand out a link and let the audience in from the lobby.
Every one of these runs on the same plans — see how a meeting actually runs.
For developers
One key unlocks meetings, file storage and verification. Every webhook is signed with HMAC-SHA256, so you can verify a delivery before you trust it — and the verification endpoints check identities (KYC) and businesses (KYB) through a licensed provider.

The signature is HMAC-SHA256 over timestamp.body, with the timestamp
repeated in the header so a replay can be rejected.
